Gimme Radio
Gimme Radio is an interactive online music streaming platform, catering specifically to the heavy metal community. In my time as Digital Marketing Manager, I was responsible for the design, distribution and analysis of an array of marketing materials.
I created assets daily that were used to promote upcoming programming, product giveaways, on-air specials, store content and member-exclusive offers. I also wrote the copy, pushed them across our social media platforms and tracked their performance over time.
Social Media
I sent out regular marketing emails to various subsets of our listener population; a user-wide monthly newsletter, notable updates to our paid subscribers, investors and store customers. I created all assets used, copy written and regularly A/B tested content to optimize engagement.
Marketing Emails
I drove engagement and revenue by building out banner ads for our online store selling vinyl records, CDs and other music merchandise. Banners were interchanged regularly depending on current promotions and special guests airing on the platform.
